Why was my order marked as fraud?

We use a third party service for fraud checks, sometimes legitimate users may get marked as fraud. This can be due to several reasons, e.g. using a proxy, or ordering while abroad. If you believe you have been marked as fraud by mistake please contact us below.

Why was I charged a late fee?

To help cover administration costs of late payments, we charge 10% after 7 days.
